Coming home with FEATS awards

"Black Horse" by Bruno Sousa won "Best Original Script" and "Best Stage Management" at this year's FEATS. We also received a nomination for best actor (Mark Grundy) and were nominated for best stage production. Two of our actresses (Lydia and Claire) received special mentions for best supporting actresses! "The Way of all Fish" was performed in the afternoon Fringe program - outside the competition - and received also a lot of positive feedback and some standing ovations from the educated theatre festival audience.

FEATS 2013 has certainly taken a lot of effort for the directors, the stage management and set builders and all involved actors. Four intense days in The Hague, Netherlands, however, were worth every single moment and made the 32 members of the Theatre Group who attended the Festival go home with a big smile. Thanks to the cast and crew, set builders, directors and the author of Black horse, who made all this happen!

This underlines the success story of the permanently evolving ESOC Theatre Group who celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. One more reason to keep coming to our shows, on of them being a special show to celebrate our anniversary in September.
