Invitation to the AGM

The Annual General Meeting for the ESOC Theatre Group will be held at 19:00 on Wednesday 27th January 2016 at the Westside Theatre. The standard AGM meeting agenda will include:

• Chairman's Report

• Treasurer's Report

• Subscription Level for 2016

• Reports from other committee members (optional)

• Plans and Proposals for 2016

• Election of 2016 Committee

• Any Other Business

If there are any issues that you want to raise at the AGM then please let us know.

With regard to the election please note the following text from the Constitution:

The Committee for the following year shall be elected at the AGM, all posts being up for

election. Members may propose themselves and can do so at the meeting without the need to

give prior notice. Junior Members shall not be eligible to vote or stand in elections for committee members.
