ESOC Theatre Group AGM 30.11

All current, returning and future members of the ESOC Theatre Group are warmly invited to the Annual General Meeting on 30 November at 18:30 in the restaurant Alte Schalthaus, Rodensteinweg 2 (side room), Darmstadt. The agenda includes:

• Chairman's report

• Treasurer's report

• Equipment's officer report

• Election of new committee

• Open Forum and plans for the future

We hope to see everyone there and we'd especially like to invite new members to come out and join our organisation. It's a fun, thriving group and we've got a great 2011 planned!
